Today’s newsletter is brought to you by The Motivated Mind
As most of you know by now, I also host my podcast, The Motivated Mind, where I post two new episodes per week. I create this content every week for free because I love all of you, and because mental health means a great deal to me.
My mission with both the podcast and this newsletter is to encourage each of you to look inward for elevation in order to see the best in yourselves. This mission takes a lot of energy and effort.
For those of you, dear readers, who are also listeners of my podcast, I’d like to ask you a simple favor: if you enjoy my content, please leave a review wherever you listen to the podcast and share on social media so that others can find the value I try to put into this world.
The more of you that participate in this community, the more we can ensure others find the same value along their journey.

Benjamin Franklin was famously quoted as stating, “Most people die at 25 and aren't buried until they're 75”. Benjamin Franklin wasn’t referring to physical death, but the death of one's hopes, aspirations, and dreams. Benjamin Franklin died on April 17, 1790; however, his words still hold true 233 years later.
